With a passion for helping people move and feel their best, Lauren practices as a generalist osteopath, treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions through a structural treatment approach.
While she enjoys the variety of general practice, holds particular interests in:
• Complex Case Management: Supporting patients with more complex medical presentations and persistent conditions, with a focus on collaborative care and long-term management strategies.
• Patient Education & Advocacy: Empowering patients to take an active role in their health through education, guidance, and clear communication throughout every stage of treatment and recovery.
• Women’s Health & Menopause: Ongoing professional development in the role of menopause and hormonal changes in musculoskeletal health, with an interest in supporting patients through these transitions.
• Dry Needling: a treatment approach integrated alongside osteopathic treatment where appropriate to support pain relief and movement outcomes.
Lauren enjoys building strong relationships with her patients and strives to create a supportive, approachable environment where patients feel heard, understood, and confident in their care.
Patient Care Note: Laurens practice focuses on adults, adolescents, and school-aged children. Please note that she does not treat infants or pre-school aged children.
